On a lighter note. I have invented (I think) the most ingenious food staple since vienna sausages… the pizzagna. When you see pizza commercials now and say “hey, I like the concept of stuffed crust pizza, sans the disgusting, greasy cow pus” today is your day. Are you ready? Okay, dough, sauce, non-dairy cheese, toppings, and repeat. It does take some tweaking to prevent it from being to doughy. It is a work in progress…
